At Lila & Hayes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original hangtags are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
